What format are the photos in? All Netball Images photos are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Can I submit photos to sell? Yes, you can submit your images for sale on our site. You need to sign up as a photographer which you can do here. Once approved you can start uploading and making sales.
Why do I need to register?
Registration allows you to gain access to added features and ensures the security of your orders. We never pass on your details to third parties.
How do I pay for my order?
Currently we only accept payments through PayPal.
Do you offer refunds? Once your purchase a digital download we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis. Should you buy prints or products from us and they arrive damaged then you should contact us to arrange a return.
How long will it take for my prints to arrive?
We will dispatch your prints within 10 - 14 days. We will notify you when we dispatch your order.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Netball Images photos that I download? Yes. While Netball Images offers great freedom and a wide ranges of uses, we DO NOT allow our images to be used commercial. Commercial use can very simply be defined as "any means of generating revenue solely by use of an image or by an image being included in something that could generate revenue". I want to use your image commercially, is this possible?
Yes, you need to contact us so that we can discuss your requirements, confirming pricing and acceptance in writing before any usage.
Can we book you're photographer for our netball event? Yes, please contact us and we will be happy to try and accommodate your request.
Do you charge to photograph an event?
Normally no, our photographers attend for free and hope to cover their costs through the sale of images.
Is account sharing allowed? No, sharing of accounts is not allowed and will result in account termination.
I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do? On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and you are not able to access photos Netball Images using your details, send a support request.
